Divisions of Play Offered by East Lane Little League

Note: Formation of teams in any Division depends on there being a sufficient number of qualified registrants.

Note: Little League International has modified its League Age requirements.  For Baseball, the League Age of the child is the age that the player will turn in that calendar year.  There has been no change to softball age eligibility, and the age the player is on December 31st the calendar year before the season of play determines their League Age.  Note that League Age and actual age may be different.  For your reference, links to the official Age Charts and an age calculator are below.

Non-Competitive Divisions

Tiger Tee-Ball (Baseball): ($49)

Tiger TeeBall is an introduction to TeeBall and is meant for 3-4 year olds.  It’s a shortened season of about 7-8 games played on Saturday morning.

The basic difference between Tiger TeeBall and TeeBall is that Tiger TeeBall is generally for kids who are 3 or just turned 4 or will turn 5 soon or are newly 5 (old preschoolers but too young for Kindergarten).  Tiger TeeBall is more of a introduction to TeeBall and is a slow version of TeeBall.  This season is shorter and is designed to be super simple. It’s meant for preschoolers but because of the date ranges we have selected some kids are eligible in both categories.  So Tiger TeeBall is an introduction to TeeBall, and TeeBall is full regular TeeBall.

If your child is in Kindergarten already we would recommend signing up for TeeBall and not Tiger TeeBall.  This is the division that other kindergarten kids will play. Also this is the division you’ll want to recruit feelow Kindergarten teammates to.
