All refunds will be charged a flat administration fee of $25 for processing and handling.

Once uniforms have been ordered, the uniform cost will be deducted from amount paid as well as the $25.

No refunds will be issued once games start.

Divisions of Play Offered by East Lane Little League

Note: Formation of teams in any Division depends on there being a sufficient number of qualified registrants.

Note: Little League International has modified its League Age requirements.  For Baseball, the League Age of the child is the age that the player will turn in that calendar year.  There has been no change to softball age eligibility, and the age the player is on December 31st the calendar year before the season of play determines their League Age.  Note that League Age and actual age may be different.  For your reference, links to the official Age Charts and an age calculator are below.

Non-Competitive Divisions

Tee-Ball (Baseball): ages 5 or 6. ($109)

For boys and girls, who are league age 5 or 6.  Players hit from a tee. The game uses a soft safety baseball. For League-age 5 - one year of Tiger Tee-Ball experience is expected. For League-age 6 - at least one year of experience in this division is expected before advancing to the Coach-Pitch Division. Teams are formed by geographic location. Registration includes a jersey, pants, and hat.

Coach/Machine-Pitch (Baseball): ages 6 thru 8. ($149)

For boys and girls, who are league age 6 - 8. A coach operates a mechanical pitching machine to pitch to players. The game uses a soft safety baseball. This division uses modified Tee-Ball rules.  It is recommended for those players who are ready to swing at a moving ball.   For League-Age 6 - with at least one year of T-ball experience.  For League-Age 7 - at least one year of experience in this division is expected before advancing to the Competitive Divisions.  For Novice League-Age 8 Players.  Effort is made to form teams by geographic location. Registration includes a jersey, pants, and hat.

Competitive Baseball Divisions

Single A (Baseball): ages 7 thru 9. ($149)
For boys and girls, who are League-Age 7-9. A coach operates a mechanical pitching machine to pitch to players. The game uses a regulation baseball and Minor League Baseball rules.  It is recommended for those players who have a basic understanding and proficiency of the game.  For League-Age 7 - with at least one year of Coach-Pitch experience.  For League-Age 8 Players  For Novice League-Age 9 Players.  Effort is made to form teams by geographic location.  It is expected that some games with other local Little-Leagues may be scheduled.  Registration includes a jersey, pants, belt, sox, and hat.

AA Baseball: League ages 8-11 ($149)
Players placed by skill evaluations.  A fully instructional division played using a regulation baseball and Minor League Baseball rules. It is recommended that players complete at least 2 years in a Machine-Pitch Division and/or can show baseball proficiency and ability to play at this level. Players will be required to go through at least one player evaluation for team placement and for possible recommendation for a Major Division Baseball Team. Evaluations are NOT try-outs. All registered players will be assigned to a team. Evaluations are a process used only as a tool to make sure a player can safely compete at this level. Registration fee includes a jersey, baseball pants, and hat.  Teams will be scheduled games with other local Little Leagues

AAA Baseball: League ages 9-11 ($149)
Players placed by skill evaluations.  A fully instructional division played using a regulation baseball and Minor League Baseball rules. It is recommended that players complete at least 1 year at AA Division and/or can show baseball proficiency and ability to play at this level. Players will be required to go through at least one player evaluation for team placement and for possible recommendation for a Major Division Baseball Team. Evaluations are NOT try-outs. All registered players will be assigned to a team. Evaluations are a process used only as a tool to make sure a player can safely compete at this level. Players must participate in the evaluation process to be eligible for this division and to be eligible for an All Star Tournament Team. Registration fee includes a jersey, baseball pants, belt, sox, and hat.  Teams will be scheduled games with other local Little Leagues

Major Baseball: League Age 9-12 ($149)
Player selected by skill evaluations.  Players pitch to players using a regulation baseball on a 60ft diamond and pitch from 46ft. Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in a Minor Division. Players selected to this division must show an advanced proficiency and ability in order to compete safely with other players. This is demonstrated through participation in at least one player evaluation. Evaluations are NOT try-outs. All registered players, league age 9-12, will be assigned to a Minor or Major Division Baseball Team. An evaluation is a process used only as a tool to ensure a player can safely compete at this level. This is primarily based on their evaluation score. Players must participate in the 50% of all evaluation process' to be eligible for this division and to be eligible for an All Star Tournament Team. Registration fee includes a jersey, baseball pants, belt, sox, and hat.

Intermediate Baseball: League Age 11-13 ($149)
Player selected by skill evaluations and age.  Players pitch to players from 50ft using a regulation baseball on a 70ft diamond. Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in the Major Division. Any League-Age 11 or 12 year-old players selected to this division must show an advanced proficiency and ability in order to compete safely with other players. 

Junior League Baseball: League Age 12-14 ($149)

Player selected by skill evaluations and age.  Players pitch to players using a regulation baseball on a 90ft diamond. Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in the Major or Intermediate Division. Any League-Age 12 or 13 year-old players selected to this division must show an advanced proficiency and ability in order to compete safely with other players. League Age 15 year olds will be allowed to play in this division with approval from a District 7 Admin waiver, but these players will not be allowed to pitch or to be selected onto a Junior Division All Star Tournament Team.

Senior League Baseball: League Age 13-16 ($149)
Player selected by skill evaluations and age.  Players pitch to players using a regulation baseball on a 90ft diamond. Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in the Major or Intermediate Division. Any League-Age 13 year-old players selected to this division must show an advanced proficiency and ability in order to compete safely with other players. 

 

Competitive Softball Divisions

AA Softball: League ages: 8-9 ($149) (League age 7 may play here with a League evaluation approval)
Players placed by skill evaluations.  A fully instructional division played using a 10" softball and Minor League Softball rules. It is recommended that players complete at least 2 years in a Machine-Pitch Division and/or can show softball proficiency and ability to play at this level. Players will be required to go through at least one player evaluation for team placement and for possible recommendation for a Major Division Softball Team. Evaluations are NOT try-outs. All registered players will be assigned to a team. Evaluations are a process used only as a tool to make sure a player can safely compete at this level. Registration fee includes a jersey, belt, softball pants, sox, and visor.  Teams will be scheduled games with other local Little Leagues.  League age 8 and 9 year olds are eligible for selection to an All Star Tournament Team.

AAA Softball: League ages 9-11 ($149) (League age 8 may play here with a League evaluation approval)
Players placed by skill evaluations.  A fully instructional division played using a 11" softball and Minor League Softball rules. It is recommended that players complete at least 1 year at AA Division and/or can show baseball proficiency and ability to play at this level. Players will be required to go through at least 50% of player evaluations for team placement and for possible recommendation for a Major Division Softball Team. Evaluations are NOT try-outs. All registered players will be assigned to a team. Evaluations are a process used only as a tool to make sure a player can safely compete at this level. Registration fee includes a jersey, belt, softball pants, sox, and visor.  Teams will be scheduled games with other local Little Leagues.  Players must participate in the 50% of evaluation process's to be eligible for this division and to be eligible for an All Star Tournament Team.  Players in this age division are eligible for All Star Tournament Team selection.

Major Softball: League Age 9-12 ($149)
Player selected by skill evaluations.  Players pitch to players using a regulation 12" Softball.  Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in a Minor Division. Players selected to this division must show an advanced proficiency and ability in order to compete safely with other players. This is demonstrated through participation in at least one player evaluation. Evaluations are NOT try-outs. All registered players, league age 9-12, will be assigned to a Minor or Major Division Softball Team. An evaluation is a process used only as a tool to ensure a player can safely compete at this level. This is primarily based on their evaluation score. Players must participate in the 50% of evaluation process's to be eligible for this division and to be eligible for an All Star Tournament Team. Registration fee includes a jersey, belt, softball pants, sox, and visor.

Junior League Softball: League Age 12-14 ($149) (League Age 15 allowed with a District 7 Admin waiver, player unable to pitch).

Player selected by skill evaluations and age.  Players pitch to players using a regulation 12" softball on a 60ft diamond. Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in the Majors or 1 year of AAA and 1 year of Majors. Any League-Age 12 year-old players selected to this division must show an advanced proficiency and ability in order to compete safely with other players.  Any League Age 15 year olds waivered to play in this division will not meet eligibility requirements to be selected onto an All Star Tournament Team. 

Senior League Softball: League Age 13-16 ($149)
Players pitch to players using a regulation 12" softball on a 60ft diamond. Recommended for players who have played at least 2 years in competitive softball divisions.

East Lane Little League's Baseball and Softball Boundry:

Boundary is defined from the NW corner eastward to the boundary edge, then southward to the southeastern border, and continuing back westward and then north to encompass the entire boundary.

  • Starting in the NE corner of I-5 and McKenzie View Drive, eastward (and including residents on McKenzie View.)
  • At Hill Road, northward, including Hill Road and residents on intersecting roads.
  • North, including "Mohawk" to Donna Road and intersecting roads
  • Donna Road intersects with Marcola Rd, including "Marcola" and intersecting roads with Marcola Road and community of "Mabel."
  • Follow imaginary line south/southwest from north city limits of "Mabel" to intersection of Willamette National Forest at the Lane/Deschutes County Line.
  • Follow County Line south to end of Willamette National Forest boundary.
  • Imaginary Line west to Deception Rock, then junction of Bear Creek and juncture with Cloverdale Road.
  • Follow Bear Creek to western tributary; east to I-5.  (All residences in that area on both sides of Cloverdale Rd are in South Valley Little League boundaries.)
  • I-5 North, skirting west side of Goshen (in Eugene Little League boundaries) to Exit 189.
  • Exit 189 (Franklin Blvd) North to Main Street; east to Pioneer Parkway including residences on both sides of Parkway to Centennial (including residences on both sides of Centennial); west to I-5
  • I-5 North back to crosspoint with McKenzie View Drive.

League is defined by street address; inner population approximately 81,000.
